Council housing - appeals process - A to Z

Service Outline

You may appeal against decisions made by Community Housing Services with which you are dissatisfied, for example if:

  • you think that the points awarded are not an accurate reflection of your housing circumstances
  • the offer of housing you have received is not reasonable
  • your application for housing has been suspended
  • your application has been cancelled as part of the Council's annual housing list review
  • you have been offered a short Scottish secure tenancy (SSST)
  • your request for a mutual exchange has been refused
