Service Outline
Schools are inspected by Her Majesty's Inspectorate of Education (HMIe), which produces inspection reports that help schools look at their strengths and weaknesses, compare their performance with other schools and develop plans to raise their standards.
Each school prepares an annual improvement plan as part of our framework to improve the educational outcomes for children and young people.
