16. Referral procedure
|
There is no formal referral procedure for referring clients to C&R. Anyone canrefer all they have to do is telephone or drop us a line. Main sources are Social Work, self referrals, Local Authority Grants Dept. and contractors.
C&R refer clients on to other agencies as and when required e.g. energyefficiency agencies, Social Work or various charities to access additional income or funding of works in accordance with their referral procedures.
