Services for people with drug and alcohol problems
Our services for people with drug and alcohol problems try help people deal with their addictions, and offer support to their families. We make sure that service-users views and wishes are listened to, and that everyone is dealt with individually.

- a locality clinic for problem drug-users

- support for women affected by problem alcohol abuse

For some services, you will have to be referred by your GP, another health worker or a social worker. If you receive a community care service, you will have to be assessed. If you have been assessed as needing a community care service (for example, Residential Rehab), you can choose to buy your own services through the Direct Payments scheme or we can purchase them for you.
