NOTES FOR GUIDANCE

1.         Please ensure that all questions are answered.

2.      An applicant for Grant of Temporary Licence shall lodge with the Council along with the completed application form, the application fee of £25.00 for commercial and £5.00 non-commercial use.

3.         The completed application form should be lodged no later than 6 weeks prior to the date of the event.

4.         Please enclose 4 copies of a detailed plan showing the location of all stalls, kiosks, marquees, toilets and stages etc.

5.         The applicant should provide to the licensing office the undernoted documentation:-

• Public Liability Insurance of a minimum of £2,000,000.00 for each piece of equipment.
• Safety Certificates for any mechanical/electrical equipment being used.at least 48 hours prior to any licence being issued.

6.         Please return this application form with the appropriate enclosures to:-
