This is an advice directory, which aims to bring together information about a wide variety of organisations in East Lothian that are responsible for providing information and advice on housing and housing related matters.
How to use this directory
The information posted here follows a standardised tabular format, for all contributing organisations. Each organisation has its own page, listed alphabetically below. The table on each page is split into four sections:
* Aims and Activities describes what type of organisation it is, who its client group is and what its aims and activities are.
* Contacts and delivery methods includes information about addresses, phone numbers and service delivery methods as well as opening hours
* Staffing, funding and training is self-explanatory
* Referrals describes the policies of the organisation and any requirements it may have, when taking or making referrals.
Additonal Information
Each organisation has provided information about the types and levels of advice it offers, from leaflets to advocacy and shades in between. This information is contained in the document box on the right hand side of the page relating to the organisation.
In addtion, in the box on the right hand side of this page you will find a table which combines the types and levels of advice given by all the organisations, into one table. This allows partners to see at a glance what the options may be for getting further advice or seeking a referral.
