Service Development and Support Team

The Service Development and Support Team (SDST) is working on a range of intitatives to improve the delivery of housing and related services in East Lothian. It is based at CHPM HQ, at Penston House on the Macmerry Industrial Estate.

The team consists of a Service Manager, Service Development Officers and Assistants and Support Service staff. The range of work carried out by the team is wide and encompassess the revamp of the Council's Allocations Policy, improvements to our 'voids' performance (the time it takes to relet houses), checking our waiting list and a host of other tasks.
