I can manage some more strenuous tasks - mow the lawn, wash the car, hang up the washing, walk up the hill, etc:
We have led walks in several parts of the country, these last about 30 minutes - one hour. 'Paths to Health' also run a regular program of walks.  These provide an excellent opportunity to meet others.
There are also plenty of low impact activities suitable for 50+ going on around the county.
