Notes of interest are invited for suitably experienced caterers to tender for the operation of an attractive restaurant in Musselburgh, East Lothian. Lottery funding enabled the restaurant to be built in the ground floor of a busy building in the heart of the community. The building houses the Brunton Theatre, one of Scotland's key performing arts venues, along with additional function and meeting rooms and Council offices.

You must be enthusiastic and committed to providing a first class restaurant service for theatre goers, staff and the general public, have experience in the catering industry and be capable of providing a range of high quality meals and snacks.
