Top 5 Reasons to Visit the Library

  1. It's free!
You don't even have to be a member to visit our libraries. Our libraries are warm, comfy and have an area just for young people like you.
  2. Books!
We buy books you'll like. Scary ones, funny ones, sad ones, long ones, short ones. We have books to read a little bit of when you're bored, books you'll want to read from start to finish, books to help you with -yuck- homework. If you don't like our books, tell us and we'll do something about it.
  3. Music!
Don't worry, our CDs aren't the sort you'd expect boring librarians to buy. We have CDs from your favourite bands - check our library catalogue to find something you like.
  4. Computers!
You can use our computers to check your emails, surf the net, type your homework, make posters. Anything you like, so long as it's safe.
  5. Magazines!
The library is the only place where you can read a magazine without buying it and not get into trouble!
