Baby Bags
All babies in East Lothian receive a Bookstart baby bag distributed by your health visitor. The Bookstart bag contains two board books and a book of nursery rhymes, a list of good books to read with your baby, advice on sharing books, information about libraries and an invitation to join.
Bounce and Tickle
Come along to one of our Bounce and Tickle sessions where you can learn new rhymes (or brush up on old ones) and songs to share with your child. Meet other parents in a friendly and relaxed environment while helping your child to become a lifelong reader. All you need to bring is your baby!
