Housing Association Repairs

If you are a tenant of a Housing Association in East Lothian, your Association will have made specific arrangements for the repair and maintenance of your property. You should have been given a handbook or similar leaflet, indicating who to call for emergency, and run of the mill repairs. It should also detail procedures for improvement schemes, as well as upgrading or replacement programmes such as installing new kitchens or central heating.

Copies of leaflets, provided by some local Housing Associations, can be found here. If your association's information is not included - you will find the numbers to call to ask them for advice.
