Viewpoint Housing Association (VHA)

VHA was established in 1947 and is a non-profit housing association registered with Communities Scotland.  It is also registered as a charity and has long been associated with the provision of housing for rent and support services for older people.

The Association manages approximately 1400 properties in Edinburgh, the Lothians and Fife, ranging from general needs, alarmed, sheltered, enhanced supported housing and supported housing to care homes. Viewpoint's accommodation varies in size and location and it endeavours to allocate accommodation suited to each applicant’s needs.

In East Lothian, it has one 'alarmed' development in Prestonpans. The accommodation comprises 26 flats and cottages, beside the historic Preston Tower. These properties are allocated through Viewpoint’s housing register and also via nominations from East Lothian Council.

For application forms and further information, please contact Veronica Given, Allocations Officer on 0131 668 4247.

You can access the Association's website here.
