Thank you for choosing to pay for school meals online. You will need a valid Smartcard number in order to make a payment.
Important Information
On the first page of the payment process you are asked to enter the catering customers details. “Account Name” refers to the smartcard account holder i.e. the pupil or staff member. Please ensure that you provide the pupils/staff full name and class (pupils only) and the school that they attend.
The second page requires payment details and the “Account Name” refers to your credit/debit account.
Please note that payments are picked up at 15.00 hours each working day and applied to the smartcard account the morning of the next working day. This means that payments made after 15.00 hours will reach the school meals account two working days later. For example, payments made after 15.00 hours on a Friday will reach the school meals account on Tuesday morning.
If you provide incorrect information this may further delay the payment into your/your child's school meal account.
