The formation of an access to a Trunk or Classified road may require both planning permission and a Road Construction Consent. Changes of use to business and commercial premises may require planning permission. Any changes may also require a Building Warrant and to meet the Regulations of the Fire Authority, the Factories Inspectorate and the Council’s Environmental and Consumer Protection responsibilities.
