Abandoned Vehicles
How to report an Abandoned Vehicle

Some people, when their car breaks down, simply abandon it on the road side These
vehicles become an eyesore, often get vandalised and may become a danger
particularly to children.

The Council uplifts these abandoned vehicles and arranges
for them to be scrapped. The Council also liases with the police as in some cases the
vehicle will not have been taxed or insured or may even have been stolen.
