Gullane Bents car park is signposted from the A198 coast road at the west end of Gullane village.
First Bus operate the X5 and 124 buses from Edinburgh and North Berwick which stop at Gullane.
the Countryside Ranger Service co-ordinates the day-to-day management of this site
wheelchair accessible viewing platform and picnic area. Located close to the WC facilities, this area contains 2 picnic tables and a wooden platform giving a fantastic view across the bay

The wide sandy bay at Gullane is one of the most popular beaches in the east of Scotland, attracting locals, and visitors alike. It is popular for walkers, kite-surfers, horse riders and just about everyone else on a fine summer's day!
The dune grasslands support a wide variety of plant species such as viper's bugloss. Elsewhere, dense stands of sea buckthorn has provides a habitat for many breeding birds, as well as shelter for foxes, small mammals and a small population of roe deer.
