Books

Of course we provide books, lots of wonderful and fantastic tales and stories for ALL teens. We regularly update our Young Adult section and we also provide a detailed list of Older Teenage Fiction.

So, whether you love Sci-Fi, Fantasy, Romance, Horror, Romantic Horror (!?), Diary fiction or Graphic Novels, you will find a fine selection in our catalogue.

Online Resources

eBooks & eAudioBooks

Why not browse our selection of FREE eBooks and eAudiobooks? We have double the choice:

Films

Alongside our DVD collection, we provide a FREE online movie streaming service called InstantFlix. You can find out more by visiting our InstantFlix page.

Driving Theory Test

If you're a member of the library you can access Theory Test Pro for FREE. This is a highly realistic online simulation of the UK's driving theory test. It contains the official practice test questions, hazard perception video clips and tests, and an online version of the Highway Code. For more information, visit our Theory Test Pro page.

3D Printer

We have a 3D printer!

Why not turn your ideas into real objects? How about creating those Minecraft buildings in real life? Or developing your own superhero figures? Our 3D printer is currently based at Musselburgh Library, but if you would like it to visit your library then please let us know.

You can experiment with this free 3D design tool - just sign up for a free account.

We want our Library Service to suit your needs, so if you feel there is anything we can add to the service, or if there is anything you would like us to do, then please get in touch. You can contact Agnes Guyon, Senior Librarian in our Young People's Service, on 01620 820612 or email aguyon@eastlothian.gov.uk
