Skip to pages in this document
The historic Dunbar Town House was built around the end of the 16th century. After 400 years of use it is now home to an archaeology and local history centre, as well as temporary exhibitions about Dunbar and district.
Visit our museum to find out about the town and its people from 10,000 years ago to the present day.
Dunbar and District History Society has brought together a fantastic display of photographs of old Dunbar and its surrounding area which gives a fascinating insight into the Royal Burgh's past.
Copies of local history documents are available for study and members of the Society are usually on hand to answer any queries.
