The Museums Service
About us
The Museums Service now operates museums at:
- Prestongrange
- Dunbar Town House
- John Muir's Birthplace
The Service came into existence in 1990 with the appointment of the first Museums Officer. However, a museum had been run in North Berwick by the District Council since 1975.

Please see the individual museum's pages for full details of opening hours; however, in summary:
- Prestongrange museum is open seasonally from April to October
