Landlord accreditation scheme - A to Z

Service Outline

Any private landlord, or agent managing property for a private landlord, must be registered. It is an offence to let, or seek to let, a property without first having made a valid application to register.

Landlord accreditation is a voluntary scheme whereby landlords can assure tenants that their tenancy arrangement adheres to the high standards outlined in the Scottish Core Standards for Accredited Landlords.
