If you are a registered firearms dealer, or wanting to store explosives that require a certificate such as gunpowder or high explosives, you should contact Police Scotland.

Persons who wish to supply fireworks at dates other than 15 October to 10 November, 26  to 31 December, Chinese New Year and Diwali require an additional licence (Fireworks regulations 2004).  Fireworks can only be supplied between the hours of 7:00am and 6:00pm and in maximum quantities of 5kg.
