East Linton is a small market town 22 miles east of Edinburgh located between Haddington and Dunbar.  The town lies on the River Tyne and A199 road.  Due to the nearby A1 trunk road, edinburgh city centre can be reached in around 40 minutes by car or by a regular train service from Drem or Dunbar.  There is also a bus service to the nearby towns of Haddington, North Berwick and Dunbar.

The premises are available on “easy in/easy out” terms.  The Landlord maintains the property in a wind and watertight condition with the tenant being responsible for all other repairs and maintenance and the replacement of glass.
