Planning

The premises are not listed but are situated within the East Linton Conservation Area and immediately adjacent to a category 'C' listed building (32 High Street).  The subjects lie within the defined East Linton local centre as per the adopted East Lothian Local Development Plan 2018, and as a result a range of permitted uses associated with a local centre such as retail, business and office use may be allowed.  Preference will be given to offers that are not subject to change of use.  The proximity to a listed building, and inclusion within a conservation area, would impact on any proposed external changes.

Interested parties should contact the Planning Department at [email protected] or Tel 01620 827216.
