Changes to our phone line opening hours
Council Tax bills are now being issued to notify households of their new charge for the forthcoming financial year.
The issue of almost 52,000 bills generates significant enquiries for our Council Tax team so we ask that customers please bear with us during this extremely busy time.
Our phone line opening hours have changed to allow the team dedicated time to process the high volume of enquiries coming in, so if you do need to speak to the team, please be aware that phone lines may be busy and you may be asked to call back.
If you need to contact the team, you can complete an online form. Once we have processed your enquiry we will get back to you.
If you have contacted the team and are awaiting a reply, please be patient, we will be in touch as soon as we can. If possible, please avoid contacting the team to ask for a progress update as this generates additional work and may delay your enquiry.
