Renewing your National Entitlement Card

For people aged 60 and over

  • If you currently have an National Entitlement Card, a new pass will automatically be issued to your home address prior to the expiry date issued on your card.

For people with a disability

  • You will be contacted by the Council approximately four to six weeks before your card expiry date.
  • You won't need to complete a new form, but our letter will outline the up-to-date documentary evidence you will need to provide to show that you continue to qualify.
  • If you don't receive this letter, please contact us.
