Our Election Team is always looking to recruit poll staff.  The roles available are No. 1 Presiding Officer, Presiding Officer and Poll Clerk. 

To be eligible to work you must:

  • be at least 18 years of age
  • have a National Insurance Number
  • have the right to work in the UK
  • complete the training provided

You cannot work at an election if you are campaigning on behalf of a party or candidate.
