Edinburgh Marathon festival this weekend (26 & 27 May)

Road closures and parking restrictions on Saturday 26 and Sunday 27 May 2018

The Edinburgh Marathon Festival takes place over the weekend of 26 and 27 May 2018. The event organisers, in association with City of Edinburgh Council and East Lothian Council, have tried to minimise the disruptive impact of the event to allow those directly affected to carry on with their daily routine with as little inconvenience as possible.

The event organisers advise that residents living off Pinkie Road who have not yet received a Resident Access Pass will be able to obtain a pass from security marshals who will be positioned at the entrance/exit of each road. This will enable access upon returning to the street.

For further information visit www.edinburgh-marathon.com.

If you live in Edinburgh and would like more information regarding road closures please contact City of Edinburgh Council on 0131 529 3433. This phone line is open between 9am - 4pm Mon - Thurs and 9am - 3pm Fri. Alternatively, if you live in East Lothian, you can contact the event organisers on 0131 333 484
