Due to a systems upgrade between 28 January and 4 February, we are unable temporarily to process orders for:

  • New or replacement recycling boxes
  • New or replacement food waste caddies and liners
  • New or replacement garden refuse (brown) bins

We will place any requests for the above items during this period into a queue for processing from 4 February.

Unfortunately we will not be able to receive and process any requests for special uplifts during this period. Please call 01875 824305 after 4 February to request a special uplift.

Orders for green bins will continue to be processed as normal, with delivery expected within 10 working days.

Covers for recycling boxes continue to be available for collection from local offices.

We are grateful for customers’ patience at this time and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
