Offices, libraries and community centres
The following council offices will be closed on Friday 16 and Monday 19 September:
- John Muir House (Council Headquarters), Haddington
- Brunton Hall, Musselburgh
All other area offices, libraries (including the John Gray Centre) and community centres will be over the weekend (including Saturday 17 September).
Bins and recycling
Please present your bins and recycling as normal if it is your scheduled collection day.
Recycling centres are due to be open.
Registration of births, deaths and marriages
The Registration service will be closed on Friday 16 and Monday 19 September. For emergencies call 01875 612818.

Scottish Welfare Fund
Scottish Welfare Fund Team will be closed from 4pm on Thursday 15 September until 9am on Tuesday 20 September. Scottish Welfare Fund applications can be made online 24/7 at www.eastlothian.gov.uk/scottishwelfarefund

Brunton Theatre and Box Office
The Brunton and Box Office will be closed on Friday 16 and Monday 19 September but will be open on Saturday 19 September. Please visit www.thebrunton.co.uk
Museums
The John Gray Centre Museum will close from Friday 16 to Monday 19 September, opening again on Tuesday 20 September.
