Guidance for sending Marriage or Civil Partnership forms

Contact the Registrar at haddingtonregistrars@eastlothian.gov.uk and the Registrar will send you the link where you can upload all your documents for your Marriage/Civil Partnership.

  • all documents should be scanned in a PDF format where possible
  • payment must be made before we are able to lodge your Marriage Notice/Civil Partnership forms
  • you will need to make an appointment to visit the office to hand in all original documents already scanned to the office
  • you should send a note of your contact phone number
