The most recent revaluation of business properties in Scotland is effective from 1 April 2026 and will remain in force until the next revaluation scheduled for 1 April 2029.

Although we are not responsible for setting rateable values, we will try to assist with any general enquiries you may have.

If you require further information about the rateable value of your property, or do not agree with the value set, you can contact the Assessor for Lothian Valuation Joint Board.
