Animal licences
Animal boarding, breeders, pet sellers, animal welfare establishments, riding establishments, performing animals, dangerous wild animals and zoos.
Pet Sellers, Breeders, Animal Welfare Establishments and Rehoming Activities fall under the Animal Health and Welfare (Scotland) Act 2006, the Animal Welfare (Licensing of activities involving animals) (Scotland) Regulations 2021. The regulations require local authorities to publish a register of licence holders for each of the licensable activities.
