Moving your child between schools

You can move your child to another school at any time if there is a place available for them.

In order to do this, you should contact the school you wish to move your child to directly (preferably in writing) to ask if they have space for your child in his or her year group.

Your letter should include the following information:

  • your child's name and address
  • your child's date of birth
  • your contact telephone number
