Note: This application has been called off the Scheme of Delegation List by Councillor Findlay for the following reasons: To ensure that the current application conforms to the wishes of the Planning Committee that determined a similar application at the same address, and that it addresses the reasons for refusal by the Committee of that application which covered privacy concerns for neighbours.
