Care Homes in East Lothian

East Lothian Health and Social Care Partnership has established a new Framework Contract for Residential Care Providers who are not contracting under the terms of the National Care Home Contract (NCHC).

The contract itself is based on the terms and conditions of the NCHC, but allows the provider, in negotiation and agreement with the ELHSCP, to assess and stipulate the rate of the placement, as well as any additional one to one support needs required for any East Lothian residents.  This rate and any additional one to one support will be detailed on any purchase orders and Individual Placement Agreements issued to you for information.

Any existing and new placements will be deemed to be under the terms and conditions of the Standard Residential Care Home Contract.
