Adult Resource Centres

We're coming to you!

Our drop-in information events provide a welcoming space for adults with a learning disability to have face-to-face conversations about what matters most to them.

The Drop-In Service offers support with:

• finding social activities and events in East Lothian
• signposting to local support groups and services
• accessing health assessments
• providing a safe space to talk about any concerns
• advice on living more independently
• help with understanding and responding to letters

You don't need an appointment.  Just come along and have a chat.
