Care Experience Week 2023
It's a chance to recognise our care experienced community and for people to come together and connect at events and celebrations. The week ends with a march through Glasgow, 'the love rally', showing a commitment to achieving a lifetime of love for Care Experienced people across Scotland.
There are lots of reasons that someone may describe themselves as 'care experienced'. These include care within our outwith their family home, foster care, kinship care or adoption. Care can be for a short period or over a longer term.
We'll be talking about care and how we can support our care experienced communities on our social media, to our teams and in our schools. We'd love it if you got involved too. Find out more about what care experience means and how we can all support and understand our community,
