Our programme partners for 2026–2027 deliver a wide range of employability services across East Lothian:
The East Lothian Offenders Employability Programme provides specialist support for participants involved in the justice system, helping to reduce barriers to employment through one-to-one and group work.
The Spark Your Future programme works with young people furthest from the labour market, supporting them to develop the confidence and skills needed to progress into employment or education.
Direct Partners deliver a six-week vocational and job search programme, followed by eight weeks of aftercare. This is delivered primarily through group work, with some one-to-one support. The programme includes a work placement and an accredited, industry-specific qualification (NPQL).
ENABLE Scotland delivers the All‑In East Lothian and Progress for Parents programmes.
All‑In East Lothian provides specialist employability support for people with a disability or long-term health condition.
Progress for Parents supports people who have a family member with a disability.
Impactful Parents is a fun, non‑traditional employability programme for unemployed or economically inactive parents. Delivered face to face for half a day per week, the programme runs in 12‑week blocks and supports parents to improve their health, wellbeing and confidence while developing core employability skills.
Into Work delivers the Inclusion Works programme, offering specialist employment support for young people with a disability.
Into Work also delivers the Supported Employment East Lothian programme, which supports autistic and neurodivergent individuals to find and sustain employment.
The RUTS Academy programme offers flexible employability and core skills support for young people. Participants receive sector‑specific training and qualifications, alongside health and wellbeing activities.
Street League delivers Connected Street Sports sessions, supporting young people through tailored action planning, wellbeing and employability workshops, sector‑based tasters, and an SQA Personal Development Award.
The Ridge provides personalised, holistic support to address both practical and emotional barriers to employment and personal development. Services are designed to build resilience and support individuals to overcome obstacles and achieve long‑term success.
