Arts and culture overview

The Arts Service provides opportunities for community participation in the arts and cultural activities, such as performance groups and visual arts projects, for people of all ages. We also work closely with schools and deliver the Youth Music Initiative for East Lothian. 

We manage East Lothian's public arts projects and offer support and funding streams for community organisations and local practitioners. 

The Arts Service works closely with Brunton Theatre Trust to deliver The Brunton's programme of arts and entertainment events in venues across the region as well as Brunton Performing Arts Network.
