Housing Land Audit
The Housing Land Audit is an annual assessment of the housing land supply in the area that it covers, up to 31 March of each year. It estimates future house completions from this supply over a five year period from the date of the audit.
The East Lothian audit is prepared by East Lothian Council and we work closely with Homes for Scotland, private housebuilders, housing associations and other housing organisations in its preparation.
The latest audit is the Housing Land Audit 2023.
