Connect - Formerly the Scottish Parent Teacher Council, Connect is a membership organisation working with parents, families, parent groups and Education staff to encourage parental engagement. East Lothian Council pay for membership for all parents and school staff to allow free access to advice, training and membership-linked insurance for Parent Councils.
