The National Entitlement Card (NEC) is a smartcard that offers people living in Scotland the opportunity to access national concessions, entitlements and a wide range of local services, including access to: free and discounted bus travel, libraries, leisure, school meals and retail discounts. 

Concessionary travel/bus pass

This allows people aged 60 plus or with disabilities to get free bus travel.
