National Entitlement Card
Bus passes for over 60's, under 22's, people with disabilities, school bus passes, Young Scot cards and get help with your application.
The National Entitlement Card (NEC) is a smartcard that offers people living in Scotland the opportunity to access national concessions, entitlements and a wide range of local services, including access to: free and discounted bus travel, libraries, leisure, school meals and retail discounts.
Concessionary travel/bus pass
This allows people aged 60 plus or with disabilities to get free bus travel.

Young Scot Card
