How do I get to Edinburgh from Wallyford park and choose?
Buses
The following buses run regularly from the facility to Edinburgh:
- Firstbus: 44, 44a, 44b, 44c, 124, 140
- Lothian Buses: 15 and 15a
Trains
The facility is located on the North Berwick railway line, which serves the following:
- Edinburgh Waverley
- Musselburgh
- Wallyford
- Prestonpans
- Longniddry
- Drem
- North Berwick
Most trains run between North Berwick and Edinburgh Waverley, although peak-time services continue on to Edinburgh Haymarket.
Occasional services also continue on through to Glasgow Central railway station.
The service generally runs:
- hourly between 7am and 7pm
- half hourly during peak times and on Saturdays
- as a reduced service on weekday evenings and Sundays
