East Lothian Licensing Board Annual Function Report
East Lothian Licensing Board (the Board) is the licensing authority for the local government area of East Lothian for the purposes of the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 (the Act), and is responsible it's the licensing functions. The Board is required (under Section 9A of the Act) to publish an annual functions report at the end of each financial year.
