Sex Shops
A sex shop licence is required for any premises, vehicle, vessel or stall used for a business which consists to a significant degree of selling, hiring, exchanging, lending, displaying or demonstrating sex articles. Compliance with Planning and Consumer Protection legislation may also be required.
No-one under the age of 18 years of age can apply for a licence. You must be found to be a fit and proper person and not be disqualified from holding a licence.
