Scottish Ombudsman
If you are unhappy with the outcome of our complaints process you can complain to the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman.
You should contact the Ombudsman within 12 months of the problem you are complaining about. In special circumstances the Ombudsman may consider matters that have lasted longer.
