It's one thing to hear about the different technology advices available, but the best way to see and appreciate their full potential is to give them a try!  

There are two "smart house" set up in East Lothian, one in Tranent, the other in Dunbar where you can come along, speak to technology assistance experts and view, interact and try each of the different devices for yourself.
