ELRS Intro

The East Lothian Rehabilitation Service provides a range of self-guided solutions, as well as professional advice and support to help keep you as active and independent as possible, for as long as possible.

The Rehabilitation Service can support you with: 

  • Managing conditions affecting your bones, muscles and joints, such as back pain, arthritis, sprains/strains through injury or health conditions
  • Improving your ability to carry out daily living activities, including bathing, dressing and meal preparation. 
  • Support with improving your balance and mobility to help prevent falls.
  • Guidance on equipment, technology solutions and home adaptations. 

Our services include Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Falls Prevention, Technology Enabled Care, Pain Management and a Community Care Service.

Improving balance and preventing falls
