Neck pain

Neck problems can cause a range of symptoms including pain (which may go down your arm), stiffness, pins and needles or numbness in your arm or hand.

Shoulder pain

Shoulder problems can cause a range of symptoms including pain, stiffness and weakness.

Elbow pain

Elbow problems can cause a range of symptoms including pain, stiffness and weakness. 

Hand and wrist pain

Wrist, hand and finger problems can cause a range of symptoms including pain, swelling and stiffness, pins and needles or numbness.

Lower back pain

Back pain is common and often starts for no obvious reason. The spine is strong and back problems are rarely due to any serious disease or damage.  Back problems can cause a range of symptoms, including stiffness, muscle spasms, hot, burning, shooting or stabbing pains in your back and  sometimes into one or both of your legs or feet, pins and needles, numbness or, weakness likely due to nerve irritation. 

Hip pain

Hip problems can cause a range of symptoms including pain, stiffness and weakness.

Knee pain

Knee problems can cause a range of symptoms including pain, stiffness and swelling.

Foot and ankle pain

Foot problems can cause a range of symptoms including pain, swelling and limping.
