Anyone can be affected by mental health issues.
An estimated one in four Scots will experience mental health problems at some point in their lives.
Most people recover fully from a mental health problem.
People’s recovery stories (Sharing recovery stories - Scottish Recovery Network | Mental health) provide evidence of this and fosters hope and belief for the future. You are the expert in what makes you feel better and East Lothian mental health supports/resources are here to help you discover/rediscover what this is.
